We import our Himalayan range direct from a family business in Nepal. The bowls are hand beaten, 7 metal bowls (predominantly copper and tin, also mercury, lead, iron, gold and silver) the 7 metals traditionally aligned with the 7 main chakras. The bowls are also made in alignment with the Vedic system of notes to chakras (C=root, D=sacral, E=solar plexus, F=heart, G=throat, A=third eye, B=crown)
